Return/Refund Policy :
The products sold on this website are consumables and items for personal and private use. In order to protect the interests of you and other consumers, we will not be able to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless the products are obviously defective. Please read the relevant text introduction carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us in time and we will warmly serve you. If you have any questions about the quality of the product or how to use the product, please contact our customer service staff directly for answers.
What if the item is obviously defective?
If you find an item with obvious defects within 7 days of purchase, such as obvious cracks, no reaction, or failure to vibrate, please take photos or videos and send them to us in time. We will verify with the manufacturer. If it is confirmed that it is a product defect, we will return it. To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must contain all original items, parts and packaging, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We are unable to return or exchange items that are damaged due to the buyer's personal reasons.
